Delcarmen ran out of the clubhouse for a morning workout

Relievers Manny Delcarmern, Javier Lopez, and Hideki Okajima were among the early birds who arrived to camp on Wednesday. The remaining pitchers and catchers, including Captain Jason Varitek and closer Jonathan Papelbon, are due to report Thursday morning.
